They look like they're knit cuff-down cuz when I knit the Dayflower/Bellflower pattern, it is oriented the other way around (which is how I prefer it anyway), so I would just take the stitch pattern and do it toe-up. (I used this stitch pattern in my Dayflower washcloth, http://smariek.blogspot.com/2007/01/dayflower-cloth.html, aeons ago) You'll find it in BW2 on page 311. Oh, btw, I have 67 pairs worth of sock yarn now, mostly acquired from 2009. Knitting socks at rate of about 1 pair per month (started this year)... so I guess I'm all set for the next 5+ years !
